ASEAN Summit encourages progress

Foreign Minister Nguyen Dy Nien said the 11th Summit of Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on December 12-14, would enable member countries to advance further towards an ASEAN community.
