The Party chief expressed his hope that the two sides would promote their partnership in all fields, from politics and economics, to culture and people-to-people exchanges.

The CPV was willing to share its experience on Party building, economic development and state management with the ruling Union Solidarity and Development Party (USDP) of Myanmar, Trong said.

He expressed his wish that the relationship between the two Parties and States would develop for the benefit of both peoples as well as for peace and stability in the Southeast Asian region and the world.

Speaker Thura U Shwe Mann spoke highly of the collaboration between the CPV and the USDP, expressing his hope that the two parties would strengthen their relations through delegation exchanges and experience sharing.

In his meeting with Vietnamese National Assembly (NA) Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung, Thura expressed his wish to deepen ties between the Assembly of the Union of Myanmar and the Vietnamese NA in the fields of legislation, supervision and decision making on important national issues as well as in ethnic affairs.

Hung said he believed the friendship and cooperation between the two countries would be expanded in education, agriculture, energy, communication, finance and banking, as well as defense and security.-
