During its 9th session which opened on May 20 in Hanoi, the XIIIth National Assembly (NA) adopted a Resolution on the 2016 law- and ordinance-making program and adjustment of the law- and ordinance-making programs for the XIIIth tenure and 2015.
Under the Resolution, the law- and ordinance-making program for the XIIIth tenure and 2015 will be added with a resolution revising Resolution No. 1269/2011/NQ-UBTVQH12 of July 14, 2011, on the environmental protection tariff; a draft resolution amending a number of articles of Resolution No. 712/2013/NQ-UBTVQH13 of December 16, 2013, promulgating the royalty tariff; a draft resolution on one-off payment of social insurance benefits to workers one year after they cease working; and a draft ordinance on market management...
