From June 25, levels of contribution to the condominium operation management fund will be calculated on a monthly basis and apportioned to the apartment’s clearance dimensions or other areas not belonging to the condominium but under private ownership of each owner.

Such is provided in the Ministry of Construction’s Circular No. 05/2014/TT-BXD of May 9, amending and supplementing Point a, Clause 2, Article 17 of the Regulation on use management of condominiums promulgated together with Decision No. 08/2008/QD-BXD of May 28, 2008.
Specifically, for a single-owner condominium, the operation management fund will be ensured by the owner, unless otherwise agreed upon by the owner and users.
For a multi-owner condominium, the operation management fund will be raised from the owners and users based on the principle of full coverage of expenses.-
