Official Gazette issues Nos 5-7 February 2016, published on April 27, 2016, have the following legal documents translated into English:
- Decision No. 90/QD-TTg of January 12, 2016, approving the master plan on the national network of natural resources and environmental monitoring during 2016-2025, with a vision toward 2030;
- Circular No. 212/2016/TT-BTC of December 31, 2015, guiding enterprise income tax policies for environmental protection activities specified in the Government’s Decree No. 19/2015/ND-CP of February 14, 2015, detailing a number of articles of the Law on Environmental Protection;
- Circular No. 01/2016/TT-BTC of January 5, 2016, prescribing maritime dues, charges and fees and their tariffs;
- Decree No. 06/2016/ND-CP of January 18, 2016, on management, provision and use of radio and television services;
