Available on July 16, 2018, Official Gazette issues Nos. 45-48/2018 introduce six legal documents translated into English. They are:
- Decision No. 20/2018/QD-TTg of April 26, 2018, prescribing the destruction of illegally imported counterfeit and poor-quality cigarettes which are confiscated and the pilot auction of illegally imported good-quality cigarettes which are confiscated for export abroad;
- Circular No. 29/2018/TT-BTC of March 28, 2018, guiding the estimation, management and use of the fund for the Program on development of supporting industries;
- Decree No. 63/2018/ND-CP of May 4, 2018, on investment in the form of public-private partnership;
- Decision No. 490/QD-TTg of May 7, 2018, approving the One Commune One Product program in the 2018-2020 period;
- Decision No. 491/QD-TTg of May 7, 2018, approving the adjusted national strategy on integrated management of solid wastes up to 2025, with a vision toward 2050; and,
- Circular No. 05/2018/TT-BCT of April 3, 2018, on the origin of goods.- (VLLF)
