Released on December 8, 2016, Official Gazette issues Nos. 8-9 of September 2016 introduce two ministerial circulars, three government decrees and a prime minister decision translated into English. They are:
- Circular No. 28/2016/TT-BYT June 30, 2016 guiding the management of occupational diseases;
- Decree No. 119/2016/ND-CP August 23, 2016 on a number of policies on management, protection and sustainable development of coastal forests in response to climate change;
- Decree No. 120/2016/ND-CP August 23, 2016 detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Charges and Fees;
- Decree No. 106/2016/ND-CP July 1, 2016 prescribing conditions for sports business;
- Decision No. 34/2016/QD-TTg August 23, 2016 prescribing e-procedures for vessels to enter and depart from seaports, inland waterway ports or offshore oil ports under the national single-window mechanism; and,
- Circular No. 128/2016/TT-BTC August 9, 2016 on export duty exemption and reduction for environment-friendly products; and products from waste recycling and treatment activities prescribed in the Government’s Decree No. 19/2015/ND-CP of February 14, 2015, detailing a number of articles of the Law on Environmental Protection.- (VLLF)
