Issued on July 15, Official Gazette issues Nos. 9-12 April 2016 introduce four English-translated laws, and one circular of the Ministry of Information and Communications. They are:
- Law No. 104/2016/QH13 of April 06, 2016, on Access to Information;
- Law No. 106/2016/QH13 of April 06, 2016, Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Value-Added Tax, the Law on Excise Tax and the Law on Tax Administration;
- Law No. 107/2016/QH13 of April 06, 2016, on Import Duty and Export Duty;
- Law No. 105/2016/QH13 of April 06, 2016, on Pharmacy; and,
- Circular No. 12/2016/TT-BTTTT of May 05, 2016, on designation of laboratories to join mutual recognition arrangements for conformity assessment results of products and goods in the fields of telecommunications and information technology.-
