ORIENTATIONS FOR PERFECTION OF THE LEGAL SYSTEM IN THE COMING TIME
Vietnam’s legal system remains weak and inadequate, failing to catch up with the requirements of the process of national industrialization and modernization. In this article, the author points to the major weaknesses and shortcomings of this system and introduces orientations for its improvement and perfection in the time to come.
