How to apply for e-visas
This article provides a foreigner with guidance on conditions and procedures for him to obtain an e-visa for entry into Vietnam.
Hundreds of foreigners apply for e-visas
As many as 490 foreigners have registered for electronic visas to enter Vietnam, 210 of whom have been issued with their visas, after the first week of the e-visa pilot scheme, the Ministry of Public Security’s Department of Immigration has said.
Decree specifies procedures for grant of e-visas
In an effort to attract more foreign visitors to the country, the Government on January 25 issued Decree No. 07/2017/ND-CP, guiding the pilot implementation of an e-visa scheme for visitors from 40 countries.
Top ten regulations of 2016
These include the Law on Children, the Law on Access to Information, the Law on Belief and Religion, National Assembly Resolution No. 35/2016/QH14, Government Decree No. 07/2016/ND-CP, among others.
National Assembly approves pilot grant of e-visas for foreigners
The 14th National Assembly (NA) adopted a resolution on grant of e-visas on a pilot basis for foreigners entering Vietnam during its second session that concluded in Hanoi on November 23.
