The Law on Survey and Mapping, adopted in June last year, contains six articles (Articles 43 thru 48) defining national geospatial data infrastructure. Under the Law, the Government is assigned to prescribe in detail the building of NSDI. In implementation of this, the Government issued Decree 27 on March 13, devoting five articles to detail the aforesaid contents.
