The production of radio and television broadcasts and provision of Internet-based radio and television services using state budget funds would be implemented through bidding or order placement.

From now to 2020, state-owned pay radio and television service enterprises would be equitized and listed on the securities market, according to a draft decree revising Decree 06 of 2016 on management, provision and use of radio and television services.

From January 18 thru 24, four legal documents were issued.

The number of foreign channels included in a pay radio or television service package will not account for more than  30 percent of the total number of channels.

Charge rates of basic pay television service packages will soon be set by the State, instead of service providers themselves as at present.
