The bill on notary and requirements of judicial reform
The Bill on Notary governs notarization but not authentication. It provides for criteria, rights and obligations of notaries public; principles for organization and operation of the notarial sector; documents to be notarized; and state administration of notaries. The Bill will be commented upon by legislators at the ongoing 9th session of the National Assembly.
