The 15th National Assembly (NA) Standing Committee will convene their 21st session in Hanoi on March 15 to scrutinize a number of draft laws, according to the NA Office.

As part of its foreign policy, Vietnam has always and will continue to consider Russia a reliable and leading partner, said General Secretary of the Communist Party Central Committee (CPVCC) and President Nguyen Phu Trong at a reception for visiting Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev in Hanoi on November 19.

The National Assembly (NA) Standing Committee began its 21st session on July 16, focusing discussions on a range of issues, including plans to build the new Parliament House and proposed changes in state budget collection.
