Survey shows constant challenges for businesses to join local public procurement and suggests reform of bidding policies
This article is an excerpt from the Report “Public Procurement: Findings from a Business Perception Survey”, which was the result of a collaborative research initiative conducted from July 2021 to June 2022 by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP).
