By 2030, the gross regional domestic product (GRDP) per capita of the Central Highlands will reach VND 130 million (around USD 5,000), with the annual growth rate of 7-7.5 percent from 2021 through 2030.

According to official statistics, some 40,000 public employees or 2 percent of the whole system’s payroll quit their jobs in the period from January 2020 to June 2022. The figures were approximately 16,400 in the education sector and 12,100 in the health sector. Mass resignation occurred mostly in localities with advantageous socio-economic conditions, especially those having large industrial parks and export processing zones like Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai, Hanoi, Binh Duong, Ba Ria-Vung Tau, Long An and Can Tho.

Investors, both domestic and foreign, that wish to establish a university in Vietnam would be required to have a capital of at least VND 1 trillion (USD 43.9 million).

These include the Planning Law, the Law on Technology Transfer, the Law on Foreign Trade Management and Decree 03/2017/ND-CP on casino business, among others.
