Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has requested related agencies to make replies to the people’s opinions on the draft revised Land Law so as to ensure the draft’s compliance with reality and guarantee harmonious interests of the State, the people and enterprises.

It is a need to create an open legal corridor that is suitable to the country's conditions to help authorities properly perform lawmaking tasks, said Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh at the ongoing Government’s monthly lawmaking session in Hanoi on March 27.

The Government has focused on the implementation of law-making and institutional improvement throughout 2022, said Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh at the government’s last monthly law-making session this year in Hanoi on December 26.
