Strengthening institutions, policies and mobilizing resources for cultural development
The Party and the State have always paid attention to improving institutions and policies for cultural development, considering it a prerequisite for making culture a spiritual foundation, an objective as well as a strong motivation for the cause of national construction and defense. This is affirmed at the Culture Workshop 2022 held last December in Bac Ninh province under the theme “Institutions, Policies and Resources for Cultural Development”. Vietnam stresses importance of ethical standards in handling water resources
Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha has highlighted the need to establish a social ethical standard in relations and behaviors regarding water resources, especially transboundary water, in accordance with the principles of fairness, equality, rationality, and respect for the rights and interests of other countries in river basins.
