September 8 will become an annual day for honoring the Vietnamese language among the Vietnamese community abroad during 2023-30, according to the project to enhance oversea Vietnamese’s awareness about Vietnamese language’s beauty and value approved under Prime Minister Decision 930/QD-TTg on August 3.
