After 21 days of sitting, the fourth session of the 15th National Assembly (NA) successfully completed its agenda, said NA Chairman Nguyen Dinh Hue at the closing session of the sitting on November 18.

With 465 votes in favor, or 93.37 percent, legislators on November 14 passed the revised Law on Domestic Violence Prevention and Control at the ongoing fourth session of the National Assembly.

The draft amended Law on Domestic Violence Prevention and Control is scheduled to be passed by the National Assembly at its year-end session this October. After 19 sitting days, the third session of the 15th National Assembly has finished a great workload with high consensus, and decided on many important issues not only for 2022 but the whole 2021-25 period and subsequent years.

With 454 votes in favor, or 91.16 percent, legislators on June 14 adopted the Mobile Police Law as part of their ongoing third session.
