Chairman of the National Assembly Vuong Dinh Hue expressed his hope that Vietnam and Australia will expand cooperation in energy transition during his reception for Treasurer of Australia’s Victoria state, Tim Pallas, in Hanoi on January 9.

National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue has expressed his delight to visit and address the Australia - Viet Nam Policy Institute (AVPI), the first agency in charge of conducting policy research and providing recommendations specifically on the Vietnam - Australia ties.

Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung and his Australian counterpart Kevin Rudd have agreed on a roadmap for comprehensive cooperation between the two nations and on greater efforts for peace, stability and development in the region and the world.
