The Party and the State have always paid attention to improving institutions and policies for cultural development, considering it a prerequisite for making culture a spiritual foundation, an objective as well as a strong motivation for the cause of national construction and defense. This is affirmed at the Culture Workshop 2022 held last December in Bac Ninh province under the theme “Institutions, Policies and Resources for Cultural Development”.
