Available on April 01, 2019, Official Gazette issues Nos. 01-02/2019, introduce five legal documents translated into English. They are:
- Circular No. 32/2018/TT-NHNNof December 18, 2018, guiding the process of converting the State Bank of Vietnam’s foreign currencies for projects eligible for the Government’s guarantee and assistance in foreign currency conversion;
- Circular No. 31/2018/TT-NHNN of December 18, 2018, guiding foreign exchange management concerning offshore investment in petroleum activities;
- Decree No. 165/2018/ND-CP of December 24, 2018, on e-transactions in financial activities;
- Circular No. 59/2018/TT-BGTVT of December 17, 2018, guiding the energy labeling for domestically manufactured, assembled or imported motorcycles and motorbikes; and,
- Circular No. 24/2018/TT-BTNMT of November 15, 2018, prescribing the quality inspection, appraisal and acceptance test of survey and mapping products.- (VLLF)
