Released on September 20, 2016, Official Gazette issues Nos. 1-4 of July introduce four English-translated government decrees and a circular of the Ministry of Planning and Investment. They are:
- Decree No. 81/2016/ND-CP of July 1, 2016, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 25/2011/ND-CP of April 6, 2011, detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Telecommunications;
- Decree No. 86/2016/ND-CP of July 1, 2016, prescribing the securities investment and trading conditions;
- Decree No. 73/2016/ND-CP of July 1, 2016, detailing the implementation of the Law on Insurance Business and the Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Insurance Business;
- Decree No. 89/2016/ND-CP of July 1, 2016, prescribing conditions for foreign exchange agency and provision of foreign currency receipt and payment services of economic organizations; and,
- Circular No. 07/2016/TT-BKHDT of June 29, 2016, detailing the formulation of bidding dossier and dossier of requirements for goods procurement in online bidding.-
