- Circular No. 19/2018/TT-BNNPTNT of November 15, 2018, guiding the protection and development of fisheries resources;
- Circular No. 26/2018/TT-BNNPTNT of November 15, 2018, prescribing the management of aquatic breeds, aquatic feed and aquaculture environment treatment products;
- Circular No. 44/2018/TT-BNNPTNT of December 28, 2018, on state inspection of safety for food of plant origin intended for export;
- Circular No. 48/2018/TT-NHNN of December 31, 2018, prescribing savings deposits;
- Circular No. 49/2018/TT-NHNN of December 31, 2018, prescribing term deposits;
- Circular No. 01/2019/TT-BCT of January 9, 2019, prescribing the border gates for import of wastes;
- Consolidated Text No. 42/VBHN-VPQH of December 10, 2018, consolidating the Laws on Higher Education; and,
