Coming out on February 11, 2020, Official Gazette issues Nos. 109-111/2019, introduce five legal documents translated into English. These are:
- Decree No. 89/2019/ND-CP of November 15, 2019, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 92/2016/ND-CP of July 1, 2016, providing conditional business sectors and trades in the field of civil aviation, and the Government’s Decree No. 30/2013/ND-CP of April 8, 2013, on air carriage business and general aviation activities;
- Decree No. 90/2019/ND-CP of November 15, 2019, prescribing region-based minimum wage levels applicable to employees working under labor contracts;
- Decision No. 1659/QD-TTg of November 19, 2019, approving the Scheme on “national foreign language learning program for cadres, civil servants and public employees during 2019-2030”;
- Circular No. 08/2019/TT-BXD of November 11, 2019, prescribing the supervision and quality management of construction investment works in the form of public-private partnership; and,
- Circular No. 22/2019/TT-NHNN November 15, 2019, prescribing limits and prudential ratios in operations of banks and foreign bank branches.- (VLLF)
