Released on March 20, 2019, Official Gazette issues Nos. 141-144/2018, introduce five legal documents translated into English. They are:
- Consolidated Text No. 20/VBHN-NHNN of December 12, 2018, consolidating the Circulars providing the licensing, organization and operation of commercial banks, foreign bank branches, representative offices of foreign credit institutions and other foreign institutions engaged in banking activities in Vietnam;
- Circular No. 30/2018/TT-NHNN of December 12, 2018, guiding the determination of state capital of equitized enterprises being credit institutions;
- Joint Circular No. 03/2018/TTLT-VKSNDTC-BCA-BQP-TTCP of October 18, 2018, prescribing coordination between investigation bodies, procuracies and inspectorates in exchanging information about offenses and processing criminal case initiation proposals acquired through inspection;
- Circular No. 05/2018/TT-BKHDT of December 10, 2018, providing detailed regulations on making of e-bid dossier evaluation reports for bidding packages for which contractors are selected in the national e-public procurement system; and,
- Joint Circular No. 04/2018/TTLT-VKSNDTC-BCA-BQP of October 19, 2018, prescribing coordination between investigation bodies and procuracies in implementing a number of provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code.- (VLLF)
