Published on June 21, 2019, Official Gazette issues Nos. 23-24/2019, introduce five legal documents translated into English. They are:
- Circular No. 26/2018/TT-BLDTBXH of December 25, 2018, prescribing the quality management of products and goods that might become unsafe under the state management by the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs;
- Decree No. 19/2019/ND-CP of February 19, 2019, on tontine;
- Circular No. 02/2019/TT-BCT of January 15, 2019, providing the development of wind power projects and the model power purchase agreement applicable to wind power projects;
- Resolution No. 01/2019/NQ-HDTP of January 11, 2019, guiding the application of a number of regulations on interests, interest rates and fines for violations; and,
- Resolution No. 02/2019/NQ-HDTP of January 11, 2019, guiding the application of the Penal Code’s Article 150 on human trafficking and Article 151 on trafficking in persons aged under 16 years.- (VLLF)
