Available on June 11, 2018, Official Gazette issues Nos. 25-27/2018 introduce seven legal documents translated into English. They are:
- Decision No. 10/2018/QD-TTg of March 1, 2018, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 53/2013/QD-TTg of September 13, 2013, on temporary import, re-export, destruction and transfer of automobiles and motorbikes of subjects entitled to privileges and immunities in Vietnam;
- Decree No. 28/2018/ND-CP of March 1, 2018, detailing the Law on Foreign Trade Management regarding foreign trade development measures;
- Directive No. 07/CT-TTg of March 5, 2018, on further accelerating the effective implementation of the Government’s Resolution No. 35/NQ-CP of May 16, 2016, on support for and development of enterprises through 2020, and the Prime Minister’s Directive No. 26/CT-TTg of June 6, 2017, on further effectively implementing Resolution No. 35/NQ-CP of May 16, 2016, in the spirit of the Government siding with enterprises in 2018;
- Decision No. 273/QD-TTg of March 6, 2018, approving the master plan on development of the external information systems at international border gates to serve external information tasks toward 2020, with orientations up to 2030;
- Circular No. 01/2018/TT-BCTof February 27, 2018, prescribing in detail goods traded or transferred via secondary border gates and border crossings by traders;
- Decree No. 31/2018/ND-CP of March 8, 2018, detailing the Law on Foreign Trade Management regarding origin of goods; and,
- Circular No. 16/2018/TT-BTC of February 7, 2018, guiding a number of articles regarding the financial regime applicable to credit institutions and foreign bank branches.- (VLLF)
