Available on June 18, 2018, Official Gazette issues Nos. 31-33/2018 introduce five legal documents translated into English. They are:
- Decision No. 319/QD-TTg of May 15, 2018, approving the Strategy for development of Vietnam’s mechanical engineering sector through 2025, with a vision toward 2035;
- Circular No. 18/2018/TT-BTC of February 12, 2018, guiding a number of articles regarding the financial regime applicable to microfinance institutions;
- Decreee No. 38/2018/ND-CP of March 11, 2018, prescribing in detail investment in innovative startup small- and medium-sized enterprises;
- Decreee No. 39/2018/ND-CP of March 11, 2018, detailing a number of articles of the Law on Support for Small- and Medium-Sized Enterprises; and,
- Decision No. 322/QĐ-TTg of March 21, 2018, approving the adjusted master plan on socio-economic development of Yên Bái province through 2020, with a vision toward 2030.- (VLLF)
