Issued on July 31, 2019, Official Gazette issues Nos. 37-40/2019, introduce five legal documents translated into English. They are:
- Decree No. 32/2019/ND-CP of April 10, 2019, prescribing the assignment of tasks, placement of orders, or bidding for provision of public products and services covered by state budget funds for regular expenditures;
- Decision No. 417/QD-TTg of April 13, 2019, promulgating an overall action program to implement Resolution No. 120/NQ-CP of November 17, 2017, on sustainable and climate-resilient development of the Mekong River delta;
- Decision No. 18/2019/QD-TTg of April 19, 2019, prescribing the import of used machinery, equipment and technological lines;
- Decree No. 33/2019/ND-CP of April 23, 2019, prescribing the management, use and operation of road transportation infrastructure assets; and,
- Directive No. 10/CT-TTg of April 22, 2019, on further remedying and effectively preventing the situation of causing harassment and trouble-someness in settlement of affairs for citizens and enterprises.- (VLLF)
