Released on August 26, 2019, Official Gazette issues Nos. 49-51/2019, introduce eight legal documents translated into English. They are:
- Circular No. 19/2019/TT-BGTVT of May 23, 2019, guiding in detail investment fields and contents of feasibility study reports of investment projects in the form of public-private partnership in the transport sector;
- Decree No. 47/2019/ND-CP of June 5, 2019, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 10/2016/ND-CP of February 1, 2016, on government-attached agencies;
- Decree No. 48/2019/ND-CP of June 5, 2019, prescribing the management of vehicles for water-based leisure and entertainment activities;
- Resolution No. 03/2019/NQ-HDTP of May 24, 2019, guiding the application of the Penal Code’s Article 324 on money laundering;
- Resolution No. 35/NQ-CP of June 4, 2019, increasing the mobilization of social resources for investment in education and training development for the 2019-2025 period;
- Circular No. 01/2019/TT-BKHCN of May 30, 2019, prescribing the assurance of security of radioactive sources;
- Decree No. 52/2019/ND-CP of June 14, 2019, detailing a number of articles of the Law on Special Amnesty; and,
- Circular No. 20/2019/TT-BTC of April 9, 2019, amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular No. 301/2016/TT-BTC of November 15, 2016, guiding registration fee.- (VLLF)
