Available on October 19, 2018, Official Gazette issues Nos. 85-87/2018, introduce seven legal documents translated into English. They are:
- Decree No. 100/2018/ND-CP of July 16, 2018, amending, supplementing or annulling a number of provisions on business and investment conditions in the fields under the state management of the Ministry of Construction;
- Circular No. 05/2018/TT-BXD of June 29, 2018, guiding the export of minerals for use as building materials;
- Decision No. 30/2018/QD-TTg of July 31, 2018, prescribing the order and procedures for certification of goods directly used for the development of technology incubation, science and technology enterprise incubation and technology innovation, and special-use vehicles in technology lines directly used for production activities of investment projects;
- Circular No. 16/2018/TT-NHNN of July 31, 2018, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the State Bank Governor’s Circular No. 36/2014/TT-NHNN of November 20, 2014, prescribing the limits and prudential ratios in operations of credit institutions and foreign bank branches;
- Decree No. 103/2018/ND-CP of August 7, 2018, prescribing special mechanisms related to investment, finance, budget and management decentralization for Can Tho city;
- Resolution No. 556/NQ-UBTVQH14 of July 31, 2018, on the plan to use VND 15 trillion from the reserve fund under the 2016-2020 medium-term public investment plan for important and urgent railway and road projects; and,
- Decision No. 986/QD-TTg of August 8, 2018, approving the Strategy for development of Vietnam’s banking sector through 2025, with orientations toward 2030.- (VLLF)
