Issued on October 31, 2018, Official Gazette issues Nos. 88-91/2018, introduce ten legal documents translated into English. They are:
- Decree No. 104/2018/ND-CP of August 8, 2018, detailing a number of articles of the Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Overseas Representative Missions of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
- Circular No. 17/2018/TT-NHNN of August 14, 2018, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Circulars prescribing the licensing, operation network and foreign exchange operation of credit institutions and foreign bank branches;
- Decree No. 107/2018/ND-CP of August 15, 2018, on rice export business;
- Decision No. 1047/QD-TTg of August 17, 2018, approving the Scheme to develop ocean fishing and send fishermen to fish marine products in some foreign waters;
- Decree No. 108/2018/ND-CP of August 23, 2018, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 78/2015/ND-CP of September 14, 2015, on enterprise registration;
- Resolution No. 110/NQ-CP of August 25, 2018, on a number of major tasks and solutions for removing difficulties and obstacles related to construction investment mechanisms and policies;
- Decision No. 36/2018/QD-TTg of August 24, 2018, providing procedures for the conclusion and implementation of agreements in the name of the Government and proposal of the conclusion of non-treaty agreements in the name of the State to the President for decision;
- Circular No. 19/2018/TT-NHNN of August 28, 2018, guiding the foreign exchange management with regard to Vietnam-China border trade activities;
