The World Trade Organization (WTO) on July 11 issued the panel report on Vietnam's claim against the United States (US) relating to “anti-dumping measures” on its frozen shrimp and several US laws, regulations and practices, including the notorious “zeroing” methodology used when calculating the anti-dumping margin in shrimp administrative reviews.
