With 54 articles arranged in six chapters, the new Law on Publication (the Law) provides publication activities and rights and obligations of agencies, organizations and individuals engaged in publication activities. Publication activities cover publishing, printing and distribution of publications. Taking effect in July, the Law will supersede the 2004 Law and its 2008 amendments.
