Released on January 23, 2019, Official Gazette issues Nos. 121-124/2018, introduce six legal documents translated into English. They are:
- Circular No. 43/2018/TT-BCT of November 15, 2018, providing food safety management under the responsibility of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
- Circular No. 28/2018/TT-NHNN of November 30, 2018, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam’s Circular No. 40/2011/TT-NHNN of December 15, 2011, providing the grant of licenses for and organization operation of commercial banks, foreign bank branches, and representative offices of foreign credit institutions, and other foreign institutions engaged in banking activities in Vietnam;
- Decree No. 160/2018/ND-CP of November 29, 2018, detailing a number of articles of the Law on Natural Disaster Prevention and Control;
- Consolidated Text No. 4529/VBHN-BTP of November 26, 2018, consolidating the Decree detailing a number of articles of and measures to implement the Law on Lawyers;
- Decree No. 163/2018/ND-CP of December 04, 2018, prescribing the issuance of corporate bonds; and,
- Circular No. 29/2018/TT-NHNN of November 30, 2018, guiding the certification and management of deposits paid by multi-level marketing enterprises.- (VLLF)
