On April 29, Nos. 8-9 February 2016 of the Official Gazette were issued, with the following documents translated into English:
- Decree No. 07/2016/ND-CP of January 25, 2016, detailing the Commercial Law regarding Vietnam-based representative offices and branches of foreign traders;
- Circular No. 217/2015/TT-BTC of December 31, 2015, guiding customs procedures and tax administration of border trade activities of traders and border residents under the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 52/2015/QD-TTg of October 20, 2015;
- Decree No. 09/2016/ND-CP of January 28, 2016, on fortification of food with micronutrients;
- Decision No. 206/QD-TTg of February 2, 2016, approving the master plan on socio-economic development of Ha Giang province through 2020, with a vision toward 2030; and,
- Joint Circular No. 58/2015/TTLT-BYT-BTNMT of December 31, 2015, on hospital waste management.
