THE GOVERNMENT

Decree No. 186/2025/ND-CP of July 1, 2025, detailing a number of articles of the Law on Management and Use of Public Assets
This Decree takes effect on July 1, 2025.
To annul Decree No. 151/2017/ND-CP of December 26, 2017; Decree No. 114/2024/ND-CP of September 15, 2024; Decree No. 50/2025/ND-CP of February 28, 2025; Clause 2, Article 14 of Decree No. 125/2025/ND-CP of June 11, 2025; and Article 3 of Decree No. 127/2025/ND-CP of June 11, 2025.-

THE GOVERNMENT

Resolution No. 205/NQ-CP of July 6, 2025, on the Government’s June 2025 regular meeting and the Government’s online conference with local authorities
The Government and the Prime Minister request ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies and government-attached agencies, and chairpersons of provincial-level People’s Committees to continue upholding the sense of responsibility, solidarity and consensus, focusing on effectively, synchronously and resolutely implementing the resolutions, conclusions and directions of the Party Central Committee, the Political Bureau, the Secretariat, the Party General Secretary and key leaders of the National Assembly and the Government, and of the Prime Minister; taking advantage of newly issued policies and solutions, exploiting new development space, and promoting growth in the third quarter of 2025 and for 2025, striving to complete the socio-economic development targets for 2025.-
