On June 6, 2024, at the Vietnam Wealth Advisor Summit - VWAS 2024, Agribank was honored in three categories: Priority services of the year; Digitalization of the year; Personal finance innovation and was also awarded the title of Enterprise for the Development of Financial Services for two consecutive years.

In recent years, the number of Agribank's priority customers (VIP customers) has always grown by more than 50 percent per year thanks to the implementation of many incentive programs.

Accordingly, customers who meet the conditions of VIP customers according to Agribank's regulations will enjoy many incentives such as preferential loan interest rates, deposit interest rates, free consultation on banking products and services; are entitled to many incentives such as preferential policies and promotional programs suitable to the customer's specific needs; are given priority in many services; and many other preferential policies.

Currently, Agribank is providing more than 200 banking products and services, focusing on strongly developing electronic banking services, applying 4.0 technology solutions, continuously launching and improving many digital products, becoming one of the banks with the most innovative personal financial solutions.

Every year, Agribank spends a large budget on investment in development and application of information technology systems, ensuring operations for an average of millions of transactions per day, of which automatic transactions account for 91.97 percent of the total number of transactions. The number of individual customers registered for Mobile banking services reached 17.5 million, of which on the Agribank E-Mobile Banking application (now Agribank Plus) reached nearly 11 million; The number of cards issued reached over 18 million. The number of ATMs/CDMs reached nearly 3,500, POS/EDC machines reached nearly 22,000; card payment acceptance units reached nearly 20,000, etc. Many digital banking solutions applied by Agribank have been highly appreciated by customers.

In its rural digitalization strategy, Agribank aims to use technology to simplify procedures, break down barriers to help farmers easily access the most basic services. To realize this goal, Agribank has planned to deploy according to the roadmap for installation of Agribank Digital automatic banking transaction machines in rural, remote and isolated areas, especially in places with limited access to common financial products and services so that people can use digital banking facilities for public service activities as well as daily transactions.
