The Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Corporate Income Tax (CIT)1 passed by the National Assembly in June (the Amended Law on CIT) is expected to be a remarkable advance, expressing the State’s special care for the business circle in the event of economic downturn.
