Under the Bill, which has been recently tabled by the Ministry of Justice to the Government, legal assistance will be provided “pro bono” to indigents, preferential policy beneficiaries, juvenile delinquents, victims of women trafficking or violence, and people with disabilities, aiming to protect their legitimate rights and interests.
