Under the authorization of the Trade Minister, Lam Dong province’s Industrial Parks Management Board shall approve the import plans of foreign-invested enterprises in industrial parks, including:
- Approving plans on the import of machinery, equipment, transport means and supplies for the formation of fixed assets, and plans on the import of production materials; certifying import tax exemption for machinery, equipment, transport means, supplies and spare parts for installation and investment in the formation of fixed assets, including the importation for the formation of assets by the mode of financial hire-purchase;
- Approving plans on temporary import of machinery, equipment and transport means hired from foreign countries, which are not yet included in technological chains;
