DECISION No. 274/2005/QD-TTg: Approving the adjusted general planning on construction of Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park
Under this October 31 Decision of the Prime Minister, Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park is a multi-functional economic and technical zone, delimited for the purpose of hi-tech research, development and application, nursery of hi-tech enterprises, training of hi-tech human resources, and manufacture of and trading in hi-tech products.
