DECISION No. 278/2005/QD-TTg: Approving the adjusted general planning on the construction of Thai Nguyen city, Thai Nguyen province, up to 2020
The Prime Minister issued this Decision on November 2, aiming to develop Thai Nguyen city into a political, economic, cultural, educational, scientific, technological, medical, tourist and service center of Thai Nguyen province and the northern midlands, one of industrial and educational and training centers of the whole country, and an important traffic hub linking the northern mountainous provinces to the northern delta provinces.
