From September 1, 2007, stamps will not be affixed on 16 goods items, including bicycles in complete units, electric fans, television sets in complete units (second-hand and brand-new), video sets in complete units (second-hand and brand-new), refrigerators in complete sets for domestic use, independently operating air conditioners installed onto windows or walls (second-hand and brand-new), water pumps and gas stoves, etc.
Stamps will still be affixed on imported bottled liquor according to regulations.-
