Decree tries to ensure rights, responsibilities of journalists
A new decree on how to deal with administrative violations relating to culture and information will create an open and necessary legal foundation contributing to increasing state management in the area of culture and information, according to Vice Minister of Culture and Information Do Qui Doan.
