The 2011-2020 Socio-Economic Development Strategy, adopted at the XIth National Party Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam held early this year, puts forth development viewpoints, pinpoints the strategic objectives as well as socio-economic development orientations, renewal of the growth model, economic restructuring and raising of state management effectiveness.
