Draft decree on investment under BOT, BTO, and BT contracts
The MPI has recently released the latest draft of the decree on investment in the forms of build-operate-transfer (BOT), build-transfer-operate (BTO), and build-transfer (BT) contracts, which are currently governed by Decree No. 77/1997/ND-CP, for domestic investment, and Decree No. 62/1998/ND-CP and Decree No. 02/1999/ND-CP, for foreign investment.
