Draft decree on sanctioning of administrative violations in the field of industrial property
The draft, which was recently finalized and submitted to the Government by the Science and Technology Ministry to replace the Government’s Decree No. 12/1999/ND-CP of March 9, 1999, provides that penalties would be based on the value of the property in question, not on acts of violation.
